What services does Xlane OÜ offer?

       

          Xlane OÜ facilitates peer-to-peer (P2P) cryptocurrency trading on centralized exchange marketplaces by posting ads to sell cryptocurrencies (such as USDT) at premium prices. We coordinate payment processing through licensed fiat onramp partners Transak and Guardarian and confirm payments before exchanges release crypto to buyers.        

                

How do transactions work?

       

          When a customer selects an ad, they are redirected to our payment portal powered by Transak or Guardarian, where they complete KYC and payment. Upon successful payment, the crypto (USDT) is credited to Xlane’s wallet address within the exchange. We then confirm payment to the exchange, which releases the crypto from escrow to the customer.        

                

Do you manage customer funds?

       

          No. Xlane OÜ does not hold or custody customer funds or cryptocurrencies. All payments are processed by licensed partners, and all crypto custody and escrow are managed solely by the centralized exchanges.        

                

What about compliance?

       

          We comply fully with the policies of centralized exchanges and rely on our licensed partners for KYC/AML compliance and payment processing. Additionally, we conduct internal verification to ensure a secure and compliant trading environment.        

                

What is your regulatory classification?

       

          Our activities fall under EMTAK Code 82991, which covers business support services not elsewhere classified. We act solely as a P2P trading service facilitator.
