About Xlane OÜ

       

          Xlane OÜ is an Estonian-registered company operating as a peer-to-peer (P2P) digital asset merchant on centralized cryptocurrency exchanges such as Bybit, Bitget, HTX, and BingX.        

       

          We facilitate the purchase of cryptocurrencies by posting P2P sell offers at premium prices on these exchanges’ marketplaces. Our customers interact with these offers and, to complete payment, are redirected via our API to licensed fiat onramp providers Transak and Guardarian.        

       

          The licensed partners handle all fiat payment processing and KYC/AML verification. Once payment is completed, the equivalent USDT is sent from the onramp provider directly to Xlane’s corporate wallet on the exchange.        

       

          Upon receipt of payment confirmation, the exchange releases the cryptocurrency from its escrow to the buyer’s verified account via an internal transfer. Xlane does not custody customer funds or manage escrow accounts at any point.
